What does a home inspection cover?
A Full Home Inspection covers roof, foundation, drainage, crawlspace, interior, exterior, fireplace, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, insulation, attic, and fixed appliances. I will provide you with a professional home inspection and do the job in full.
Should the buyer attend the inspection?
Most definitely, YES!
I encourage the buyers to attend the inspection so you know firsthand the Inspector's observations and can ask questions. It is also a good chance to see the "behind the scenes" workings of the home you are about to purchase. The inspections are thorough and time spent can range anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on the size and complexity of the property.
What to expect when the inspection is complete.
Before I leave the property and after the inspection is complete, you should have every question answered and every concern addressed. I pride myself on making sure that you are well informed about the condition of the home you are about to purchase.
Your Inspection Report
I will provide you with a detailed report on your home explaining any defects or concerns I may find. All of my reports include digital pictures to help visually explain the exact location of any defects or concerns.
